Inauguration Day Celebration!!

I haven't forgotten about my New Year, Old Health Issues and New Business Commitments that I posted about almost a week and a half ago.

No, in fact!! I've simply been waiting for the New Horizon of HOPE to appear in full reality!

Inauguration Day is here!!

Hip, hip HOORAY!!!
Hip, hip HOORAY!!!
Hip, hip HOORAY!!!

In honor of the USA's karma pendulum swinging back to sanity and the Realm of Hope arriving...

I'm having a grand reopening sale in my Etsy Store Front, and a Grand opening Sale in my new ArtFire Store Front!!

All day on Tuesday, while I sit here in front of the TV and watch history being made, I will be uploading new items to both my stores!! I'll also be offering FREE SHIPPING to all sales during the first 100 days that President Obama is in office!

Ryan is autistic and ever since I met him as a toddler he has never voluntarily made eye contact. All that changed this Christmas.... he has jumped a major hurdle in his development!

Yay Ryan!

You go guy!!

More holiday pictures here!

The cost of George Bush's war

Reposted from Judy Dunn's website.

"... I finally made a video I had been planning for about two weeks. As I told everyone at the retreat on Saturday night, I had folded a crane to represent Bobby a few days prior to the retreat. I never knew Bobby personally, but his story played an important role in shifting how I looked at my cranes, and what they could represent. Once again, the production is far from perfect, but I think it conveys his story, and why I feel compelled to take on this major project. I have titled the video Bobby's Crane. I struggled with my video editing software yesterday, so the title is not on the video itself. Things I could do the last time I made a video suddenly seemed impossible! But the message comes through. Hope you like it."

new hair

My hair had been driving me NUTZ! It was so long and scraggly - it looked as though I was just about to take flight the side "wings" had become so bad!!

I hadn't cut it since before my shoulder surgery!

I was planning on just making an appointment for later in the week and being done with it... until I looked at myself in the mirror when I got home.

OUT came the shears!! Off came the fluffage!

I LOVE it!! I won't have to cut it again for months!

I need some dangly earrings now!!!

HAHAHA!
